NK Architects is thrilled to share that the Carrier Clinic has received a 2018 New Good Neighbor Award! Congratulations to our team and to our incredible clients!

Carrier Clinic, an independent nonprofit behavioral healthcare system which first opened in 1910, recently undertook a $21 million redevelopment project to update, expand, and modernize its facilities in order to improve its services and the safety of both patients and staff.

Our building project has really revolutionized our campus. We believe it is a more healing campus. It is a campus that really brings nature and natural light into our buildings, all essential ingredients for patients who are recovering from mental health episodes. And we also believe that this entire campus is a compassionate campus. When you add all of those elements together it just makes an enormous difference for patients; and the buildings are a part of our care team.
