Project Overview

The fine and performing arts addition for Montclair Kimberley Academy expands the school’s ability to accommodate their growing arts programs. The new two‐level, 15,000 square foot addition provides new choral and orchestral band rooms with individual and group practice facilities on the upper floor. The existing colonnade has been expanded to create an atrium gallery and gathering space. New fine arts spaces include painting, sculpture, photography and graphics studios.

This project was awarded a Gold Medal for design from the AIA Newark‐Suburban chapter.
