Francis received his architectural training at NJIT and graduated with honors in 2004. In 2007, he joined NK Architects as an Architectural Intern and has steadily grown into a Project Architect. His experience includes the completion of a LEED Gold 180-bed skilled nursing facility, a LEED Silver 137,000 square foot elementary school, and the first “Green House Project” long-term care cottages in New Jersey. He has been described by clients as diligent and easy to work with. He believes that communication and teamwork are the foundation of successful projects.

Francis is known around the office as one of the go-to resources for LEED-related questions, having administered numerous LEED certified projects. He is licensed to practice architecture in New Jersey , a member of the AIA, a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) and NCARB certified. In his spare time, he enjoys sipping a hoppy double IPA or a smoky single malt scotch, hiking, working out, going to concerts, traveling, and dining out. He is an avid New Jersey Devils fan.
