Project Overview

NK Architects has continued its 20-year relationship with Dassault Falcon by designing their first new permanent showroom in the Americas. The showroom will allow prospective clients to experience a full-size mock up of the Dassault Falcon 7X fuselage with finished cabin interiors to get a sense of the scale and interior fit of the airplane. A client conference room overlooking Teterboro Airport has been designed with high-definition screens and advanced 3D technology to interface directly with Dassault’s leading digital modeling software and greatly enhance the design process of the cabin. An interiors finish selection conference room with an overhead skylight will provide as much natural daylight as possible to aid in the selection of interior finishes. Additional LED lighting adjusted to a color temperature of 4000 Kelvin will provide the appropriate color rendition for all surface materials throughout the showroom.

Additional displays of various seating selections, appliances and galley mock ups will be on display to give the client a ‘hands-on’ experience of selecting from the multiple possible options available in building the interior of a Falcon Jet. To support the client’s comfort throughout the design process, the showroom also has a private dining room and guest lounge in which to retreat for private conversation.
